This blog has gone on way longer than I had originally planned and further than I had originally intended.
I just finished the rough draft of my book and will be passing it off to a few other pastors and theologians to proof-read and review.
I don’t know how long it will take to hear back from them, make subsequent further revisions and then publish it but I am hoping to have it available by June, 2012.
In the mean time I am going to revise two theological other books that I have written and seek to have them published as well as prepare to enter into a doctorate program next year, for which I have already begun work on the dissertation.
I also need to spend some time with my mind on other theological issues and take a break from all this. But, I want to thank everyone who has been supportive and I hope to reappear on the net with a new web site when my book has been released.

Just to show how out of it I've been, I didn't even realize you'd ended your blog until now.
You and your writing, Erik, helped me a great deal. I found comfort, encouragement, and strength in the things you wrote about, and for that I thank you.
I'll miss your blog, but I'm glad it existed while it did. And I look forward to reading more from you in the future. I hope your book is a huge success and will help so many others.
